Overview

Conserv is an environmental monitoring subscription for collections. We deliver continuous, automated data backed by a team of preservation professionals so you can manage your collection environment with confidence.

Over the last four years we built an incredible product that our customers love. With that strong foundation (and our Series A round in the bank!) we’re ready to invest more in our growth.

Our VP of Growth will be the most senior growth leader in the company - accountable for all top line revenue growth. You’ll focus primarily on marketing with the additional responsibility of managing our sales team. Your team includes preservation subject matter experts who understand the market, our personas, and our products at a deep level.

In addition to leading your team, you’ll partner with our product leader, Dave Masom, to implement a product-led growth strategy that complements our sales efforts.

Ideally you’ve been working at a tech company for 4+ years reporting to a strong marketing leader and you’re ready to take on a much larger role. You probably don’t have strong direct sales experience but you’ve worked alongside great sales managers in your previous roles. You’re ready to join an earlier stage company and take the next step in your career.
